  • Sandeep completed his MBA in Marketing & Finance from Western International University, Arizona USA (India campus) in 2007 and joined Reliance Communication and then Tata Teleservices and worked majorly in the area of Corporate Sales.
  • In 2009 he joined a start up Goodlife as Head of Sales which deals in marketing of water purifier and home appliances. He initiated and industrialized the online sales division in Goodlife. With the emerging online marketing business, in 2012 he was inspired to establish an online marketing company – Pathways Marketing and Consulting Group.
  • Ranjit Kapoor | Co – Founder & COO
  • A graduate in Arts from Manipur University, Ranjit is a marketer with diverse experience in marketing and operations.
  • After aligning herself with various Direct Marketing Companies like Tupperware, Oriflame and Amway and achieving high levels of success till 2002 ,she moved on to assist J S Woolen Industries, India’s leading acrylic yarn distribution house in Delhi in its operations and management.
